It was close to the city. The breakfast was okay, compared to what I experienced in other Italian B&Bs. This is a place on the second floor of a historical building with a huge door. It was a good experience. One thing though: You need to call them if you are arriving in the afternoon, because there will not be anybody there after 12:00. I did not know that and had to wait 25 minutes for somebody to arrive and open the door for me. In the end, though, she came as quick as she could.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to practically all sites in this city. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and housekeeping cleaned the room every day. Breakfast was great, with rolls, cheese, and other goodies to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us a map and highlighting the main attractions we should view.
Nothing to mention.

We were 4 adults and we booked a four people room. First of all, we appreciate a message sent by the B&B to told us that they are only opened on the morning and to give us their cell phone number in case we would arrived during the afternoon. So, we gave a call and when we arrived, Samantha was here to welcome us and to give us some information. This little B&B (5 rooms only) is at the 2nd floor (there is a lift) of a fantastic, charming and old building. The room was very clean, comfortable, well decorated. and have a good air conditioned. The bathroom was clean and comfortable too ! Finally, the situation is really good, just between the San Marco Square and the famous Duomo, just a 5 mn walk to the Duomo. The hotel don't have parking, we parked our car in a private parking (cost : 24 euros per day). I really recommand this hotel !
There is nothing really negative, I really recommand this hotel ! I just quote details not very important but I think I have to quote them : - Our room (however it is the only one) was next to the hall, so it can be a little bit noisy if the other guests don't take care about that. - - The breakfast could be improved with some fresh fruits, ham and cheese for example.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access from the airport or train station, right in the heart of the historical city center and San Marco area. The room was spacious, airy, and comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff were friendly, helpful and gave us maps and recommendations for restaurants. Breakfast was included, with a variety of options to choose from and nearby restaurants to explore. The wooden floors and large armoire were nice touches, and there was also an elevator for convenience.
The towels were not always changed every day, and the bin in the room needed to be emptied more often.

Location was very good.
Breakfast provided was very limited. Internet only worked in the small lobby and not in the room.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to the main parts of the city center. It is close to all the sights and everything you want to do in the city. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing enough room for multiple people. The bathrooms were also clean and basic toiletries were available. The staff was accommodating and provided a map with circled tourist attractions. Baggage storage after check-out was also available.
One negative aspect was the disappointing breakfast, which only consisted of coffee and cheap pastries.

I stayed in this hotel with an adult daughter and a friend from 25.08.12 on 28.08.12. Was very pleased. The hostess Gabriella very careful, attentive, kind, speaks English well. The apartment is cozy, has everything you need, clean. The interior is decorated with taste. As said, my daughter, "little Palace". Wonderful tasty breakfasts. Centre of Florence, to the station on foot no more than 10 minutes. Thanks Gabrielle.
